Commercial & Official Envelopes
These envelopes are widely used for a variety of business and personal correspondence. The most popular business envelope in the USA is the standard #10 Envelope.

Catalog Envelopes
Catalog envelopes are constructed with a center seam, making them more durable for mailing heavy-weight materials.
Size Range:
8-3/4″ x 11-1/2″ to 11-1/2″ x 14-1/2″
A-Style Envelopes
This envelope style is designed with a side seam construction and contemporary square flap. They are most commonly used for announcements and invitations.
Size Range:
4-3/8″ x 5-3/4″ to ” x 9-1/2″
Coin Envelopes
A coin envelope is a small open-end envelope, usually with center seam construction, often used for small parts, jewelry, coins, etc.
Size Range:
2-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ to 3-1/2″ x 6-1/2″
Standard Window Envelopes
The standard window’s size and position is the same for all commercial window envelopes, regardless of the size of the envelopes. It measures 4-1/2″ wide and 1-1/8″ deep. It is positioned 7/8″ from the left side of the envelope and 1/2″ from the bottom of the envelope.

Booklet/Welded Side Seam
Booklet envelopes are constructed with a side seam and open on the top of the envelope dimensions, making them suitable for automatic insertion machines and ideal for volume mailing.

Printing Capabilities
Diamond Envelope uses enhanced flexo on all our flexo printing. For any outside print, we offer a range of 1 to 6 color processing. All of our equipment offers an inside security print unit as well. Please call or request a quote if you need 2 color inside printing as we do have a work-and-turn print unit.
Latex & Gum Capabilities
Diamond Envelope has multiple machines equipped for latex, peel & seal, and drop gum bar applications.
Windows & Cutting Capabilities
We offer over one thousand cutting dies available to meet customers needs, and with capabilities to manufacture multiple windows on the face and back.
Special Enhancements
Every piece of machinery can put a window on an envelope. Diamond Envelope is extremely efficient at manufacturing welded seam envelopes that are machine insertable. These can include a false bottom, if required. We also offer custom inline embossing patterns, enhanced flexo, tactile/sensory and trailing edge envelopes.
