Machine Adjuster

Diamond Envelope is looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Adjuster to support production efficiency, machine performance, and quality output across our envelope manufacturing equipment.

Candidates must be mechanically inclined, with previous experience with folding machines such as 527s, Classics, and SRWs. They must have the ability to operate all folding machines and ensure conformance to specifications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, precision adjustments, and improving machine performance in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Shipping Associate

Diamond Envelope is seeking a dependable and hardworking Shipping Associate / Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is essential to ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately, safely and on time.

This is a support staff position reporting to the shipping supervisor. This two-person department coordinates the shipment of all products and the receipt of all inventories. Must be able to work 8-hour shifts M-F with flexibility to work mornings and afternoons.

Plant Manager Assistant

Diamond Envelope is seeking a dependable and hardworking Plant Manager Assistant to support our Manufacturing Director. This role is essential to coordinating daily plant activities, effective communication between departments and assisting with tracking performance, compliance and production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, assist in monitoring production schedules.
  • Assist with machine maintenance and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate communication between the Manufacturing Director and department supervisors, team leads and employees
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, safety meetings and employee communications.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving minor employee or operational issues
  • Gather, review, and analyze production data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvment
  • Assist with shipping department on an as needed basis
  • Assist in ordering materials and parts
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in supervision, coordination or operations support, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
  • Bi-lingual is preferred

Cutting Associate

Be part of the team that gets our products ready for folding.

Diamond Envelope is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cutting Associate to support our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the cutting department on 3rd shift. In addition, you will be responsible for bailing waste paper, pulling down stock for our web folding machines, learning the sheeting operation and the maintenance of our automatic cutting machines.

This position reports to the shift supervisor and the plant manager. Must be able to work 8-hour shifts M-F from 10 PM to 6 AM with occasional overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely
  • Mechanically inclined with previous experience is very helpful
  • Must be able to understand basic ruler measurements and the ability to turn ruler measurements into fractions to verify with the cutting ticket
  • Dependable and team -oriented
