Folding Machine Operator
This is an entry level position with unlimited growth potential. Folding operators will run and maintain the folding machines, check for quality of envelope products, and package the product per customer job order and guidelines, as well as perform routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
Corporate Administrative Assistant / Billing Specialist
A detail-oriented and customer -focused position that is a dual-role position. It involves managing front desk responsibilities while also handling billing and invoicing tasks. Will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff – creating a welcoming and professional environment. Strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
Estimator / Planner
As an Estimator / Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Sales and the Operation teams by executing the estimating and materials planning processes. The role will primarily focus on the estimating process as well as raw material planning/buying and supplier management. Planning experience as well as collaboration and problem solving skills are beneficial to this role.
Machine Adjuster
Candidates must be mechanically inclined, with previous experience with folding machines such as 527s, Classics, and SRWs. They must have the ability to operate all folding machines and ensure conformance to specifications. They are responsible for setting up the machines for each scheduled job run while maintaining safeguards.
Cutter
This position requires safe, effective, and efficient operation of the cutting machines. They are also responsible for the quality of the product being cut while maintaining a safe work environment when working with the cutting dies. This position requires baling waste paper, pulling down roll stock for our web folding machines, learning the sheeting operation, and the maintenance of our automatic cutting machines.
Shipping Associate
This is a support staff position reporting to the shipping supervisor. This two-person department coordinates the shipment of all products and the receipt of all inventories. Must be able to work 8-hour shifts M-F with flexibility to work mornings and afternoons.
General Maintenance Technician
Responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of all the equipment. This two-person department also performs maintenance service or repairs on all equipment within the facility.
Junior Supervisor – 3rd Shift
We are looking for a motivated Junior Supervisor to oversee employee performance and machine operations during the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, with experience as a Machine Adjuster. Previous experience working with folding machines such as 527s, Classics, and SRWs 628 is preferable but not necessary. As a Junior Supervisor, you will ensure that all folding machines are set up correctly, operate efficiently, and meet quality specifications while maintaining safety protocols throughout each job run.
