Dear Customers and Partners,
As we welcome spring, I am delighted to share with you the energy that permeates through our envelope manufacturing endeavors. Springtime not only brings forth a season of renewal and growth, but also presents us with unique opportunities to innovate, elevate our standards, and deepen our commitment to excellence.
At Diamond Envelope, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of envelope manufacturing, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver products of unmatched quality and reliability. Spring serves as a catalyst for us to renew our focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship. We recognize the importance of preserving our planet for future generations, and as such, we continuously strive to integrate eco-friendly practices into our manufacturing processes.
For those of you that don’t know, I recently had my 3rd child. At the same time, we also added a new machine, the W&D 628. This machine has the ability to produce up to 1,200 envelopes per minute and can print 5 over zero or 4 over 1. Adding the new equipment has felt like birthing a child between the time it took to set-up and train on the equipment. Now we are in the newborn phase of figuring out how we (staff and machine) work efficiently and optimally together. It is a learning curve, but one that can easily be navigated with our experienced staff. We have had quite a few customers come for a plant tour. We welcome you anytime!
As we embrace the spirit of spring, we also celebrate the dedication of our team members. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous improvement serves as the cornerstone of our success. With their expertise and dedication, we are confident in our ability to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your continued support and trust in Diamond Envelope. Together, let us embrace the possibilities that springtime brings, as we embark on this journey of growth, innovation, and sustainability.
Wishing you a season filled with prosperity, joy, and new inspiration.
Warm regards,

Letter from the President

Strong together! Together we are better! These sayings could not be more fitting than ever before for the mailing industry. We have multiple challenges facing us in this election year. Paper and other raw material increases, postal increases that apparently will be ongoing for the foreseeable future, labor, the uncertainty in the economy and I could list more. We must adapt to these challenges and stand together to keep our businesses healthy.
At Diamond, we are promoting the USPS promotions to offer incentives and savings to our customers. Diamond has sent out numerous mailing pieces and posts explaining that you should be taking advantage of these incentives to offset the postal increase. We are using alternative products such as FSC or recycled paper, bio-degradable window film and other environmentally friendly alternatives to promote sustainability. We are also having regular meetings with our clients and vendors to insure we are meeting expectations and offering a quality product at a fair price.
Remember, the United States Postal Service must deliver the last mile. Remember the U.S. Constitution protects the mail, and it is a federal offense to tamper with mail. This is a great asset to educate our clients and everyone we know with all the cyber-attacks and technology breaches that happen every day and compromise your privacy and security.
If we work together, we can find alternatives and solutions to keep this industry strong, credible and a reliable source for delivering information in a safe and secure manner, through print and mail. Mail is much more eco-friendly and secure and does not interrupt your day like email. You can open mail when you are
ready.
Have a great day, come up with a new post to promote mail and remember, Stronger Together.

The Untold Journey: The Life of an Envelope
In the bustling world of correspondence and communication, there exists a humble yet indispensable entity – the envelope. Often overlooked and underappreciated, the envelope silently carries the weight of our thoughts, emotions, and important documents, embarking on a significant journey.
Birth:
An envelope’s life begins in the heart of a paper mill. It is born from sheets of paper, crafted, and cut into precise shapes. Its destiny awaits! Whether made from recycled materials or virgin pulp, each envelope has its own unique story, waiting to unfold.
Purpose:
The envelope has great purpose- to safeguard its contents during transit. Regardless of what message it carries, the envelope protects its cargo from the elements and prying eyes alike.
Transformation:
As its journey unfolds, the envelope transforms. It may be sealed with adhesive or moisture, sealing its contents within its protective embrace. Some envelopes bear stamps. Others have intricate designs, reflecting the personality or occasion they represent.
Adventure:
Once sealed, the envelope embarks on an adventure of its own. Along the way, it encounters a myriad of environments and experiences, from the gentle caress of a postal worker’s hand to the tumultuous journey through automated sorting machines. Despite the challenges it faces, the envelope remains steadfast in its mission, determined to deliver its payload to its intended destination.
Destination:
After an arduous journey, the envelope reaches its destination. Whether deposited in a mailbox or handed directly to its recipient, it fulfills its purpose with quiet dignity. For some, it brings joy – a cherished letter from a loved one, a long-awaited acceptance letter, or an invitation to celebrate. For others, it may carry news of sorrow, duty, or responsibility. Regardless of the message it bears, the envelope provides human connection, bridging the physical and emotional distance between sender and receiver.
Legacy:
As its journey concludes, the envelope leaves behind a legacy of memories and emotions. Some are treasured and preserved, serving as a tangible reminder of moments shared and bonds forged. Others are discarded, their contents consumed, and their purpose fulfilled. Yet, in every envelope lies a story – a testament to the enduring power of communication and the role played by this unassuming vessel in shaping our lives.
