Sonia is a seasoned HR and Safety professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Her expertise spans across all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, workplace investigations, and safety compliance.
With over 15 years of expertise in Human Resources Operations, George De La Fuente is a results focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention and motivation solutions that help companies harness the full power of their most valuable assets-their people. He is dedicated to creating a robust company culture that promotes continuous business growth. He cultivates employee engagement by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to their role in the company.
Scott joins us with after twelve years working to supply the semiconductor industry. He brings expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations with a special focus on supply-side operations.
Diane has over 20 year’s experience in project management, executive support functions, company training initiatives and office administration. She understands how to improve efficiency and delivers a high level of customer service.
Aracely Aguilera is a graduate of Robert Morris University and Chicago State University. With over 15 years of instrumental experience in Human Resources, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every aspect of her profession. Aracely’s commitment to excellence and passion for HR is evident in her dedicated efforts to create positive and impactful workplace experiences.
Sandy has been with Diamond Envelope for over 26 years. She has been a member of our Leadership Team since 2005 and is very knowledgeable in the company operations. She appreciates her team and the teamwork atmosphere of Diamond Envelope.
Brenda has been with Diamond Envelope for 16 years handling our financial statements, sales reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and pricing negotiations. These are just a few items that showcase her love of numbers.
Ed has been employed with Diamond Envelope since June 24th, 1985. He has devoted most of his life to the success of Diamond Envelope and is a big part of the reason the company is where it is today. He has led Diamond’s success in manufacturing over 1 billion envelopes a year.
Ryan has been a hard working employee at Diamond Envelope for more than 18 years. He has been vital to improving our enhanced flexo print option. Ryan is dedicated to making our products the best that they can be.
Shannon joined Diamond Envelope in May 2022, coming to us from years in print manufacturing sales and sales management. She is driven to foster lasting partnerships with internal and external clients.
Experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working in a multitude of positions in the printing industry. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems.
She also went on to The University of Notre Dame to obtain her Masters of Business Administration. Susan has a passion for working directly with clients and suppliers, and for further improving Diamond Envelope Corporation.
AJ has been an active employee of Diamond Envelope Corporation since his years of working in the plant from 1986-1990. In 1990, AJ graduated from St. Norbert’s College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. After graduation, AJ began working in the sales department. After 14 years of hard work, AJ was promoted to VP of sales in 2004 and joined the leadership team. In 2016, AJ assumed the title of President of Diamond Envelope Corporation.
Judy Jania has been a part of Diamond Envelope since inception. Starting Diamond Envelope together, Alan and Judy, continually invested in the growth and future of the company. To this day, Judy Jania continues to lead Diamond Envelope through special projects, chairing the board of directors and overseeing the company’s growth strategy.
